How to Obtain Indian Visa
Embassy of India in Malabo started issuing Indian visas to foreign nationals from January 2021. Applicants for visa are required to complete the Online Visa Application Registration Form at the link https://indianvisaonline.gov.in. The applicant must ensure that all columns of the application form are filled in completely and correctly as incomplete forms may not be accepted by the online system.
2. While downloading the Visa Application Registration Form from Website, a Temporary Application ID will be created by the system. This must be noted down by the applicants for future references. Fill up the application form online and click on ‘Save and Continue’ until the last page of the form. After completing the form correctly, please click on ‘Verified and Continue’. Upon clicking this, the form will be registered in the system and a dialogue box with the applicant’s name and file number will appear. Click on ‘PRINT FORM’ on this dialogue box, take a print out of the application form and submit duly signed print out of the online application along with the original passport and other required documents depending on the type of visa being applied for. Paste (not staple) one photograph (size 2 x 2 cm.) of the applicant on the space provided and clip with the application two more copies of the same photograph.
3. The printed form should be submitted in the Embassy between 0930 – 1230 hours on any working day along with: (i) Original Passport, (ii) Additional photographs, (iii) Fees, (iv) Other documentation required for the type of visa applied for and any other relevant supporting documents. Information on types of visa, documentation required, etc. are given in subsequent paras.
4. All Visa applicants including those applying for multiple entry Tourist and Business Visas are advised to give their biometrics at the time of submission of their applications. Applicants of all long term visas (2 to 5 years) will have to come to the Embassy for a personal interview. The date and time of the interview will be conveyed to the applicant by the Embassy.
5. While, in the normal course, visas will be issued within 48 hours of the submission of the application form and fees at the Embassy in respect of nationals of Equatorial Guinea, in the case of foreigners residing in the country visas will be issued only after clearance from the Indian Mission in the country of nationality of the applicant and subject to clearance from other Indian authorities concerned.
6. Basic requirements while applying for Visas:
All the original documents should be presented for verification. Photocopies of the documents should be attached with the visa application form.

Note : Equatoguinean nationals holding Diplomatic and Official/Service passports are exempted from obtaining visa for a stay up to 90 days.
